Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and support business needs within Healthcare PBM, focusing on Benefit Setup, Formulary Management, Specialty Pharmacy, Claims Adjudication, Clinical Programs, and more.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions across Claims, Benefits, and Care Management for healthcare payers.
Utilize SQL for data analysis and to support business decisions.
Coordinate and plan project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
