Business Analyst

Position : Business Analyst 
Location : Harrisburg , PA [ Hybrid ]

 Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Develop SOWs, project charters, and scope documentation
• Create use cases, process flows, and workflow diagrams
• Maintain requirements traceability across project lifecycle
• Support UAT with clear acceptance criteria and documentation
• Prepare project artifacts (meeting notes, decision logs, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams
• Ensure organized documentation for audit readiness and knowledge management
