🚀 Hiring: Business Analyst (CSOD) | Raritan, NJ 

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) to join our team for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity.

📍 Location: Raritan, NJ
⏳ Duration: 6 Months
💼 Experience: 8+ Years

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CSOD implementations, enhancements, and BAU support
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, Talent, and Compliance teams to gather and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and configuration designs
• Configure and support LMS, Curricula, Certifications, and Reporting modules
• Manage integrations with systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, and PeopleSoft
• Drive UAT activities, data validation, and reporting verification
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

🛠️ Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with CSOD configuration and support
• Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration
• Solid background in UAT planning and execution
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft)

⭐ Nice to Have:
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Healthcare, Finance)
• Knowledge of compliance training and audit processes
• Agile/Scrum exposure

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years of relevant BA experience in HR systems / LMS platforms
