Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify process gaps.
Requirement Gathering: Document Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Excel, or BI tools to analyze data trends and inform decision-making.
Solution Design: Propose and implement process improvements, automation, and software solutions.
Project Facilitation: Work with IT/Development teams to ensure the final solution meets functional specifications and user needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3–7 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint/Word), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC
