Job Description
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting capital markets, asset management, or financial services technology functions
- Strong requirements-gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams)
- Experience working directly with front-office, operations, or finance stakeholders
- Proficiency with SQL and/or data analysis tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
