Business Analyst / Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong experience in Agile environments and a solid understanding of databases, basic SQL, and data schemas for one of our clients. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, projects are delivered on time, and data-driven solutions align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role
- Experience with retail B2B (business-to-business) domain
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Hands-on experience working with databases
- Basic SQL proficiency (ability to write simple queries, joins, and filters)
- Understanding of data schemas, tables, and relationships
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Financial applications experience
- D365 F&O
- Minimum experience as BA/PM: 8 years
