Business Analyst & Program Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst & Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to drive business transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional programs, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will lead project delivery, gather business requirements, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead end-to-end program and project management activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Drive process improvements and support organizational transformation initiatives.
• Ensure quality deliverables and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Manager, or related role.
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and program management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management best practices.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or CBAP certification is a plus.
• Experience with process improvement, change management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
