Job description:
· Detailed understanding of Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, Claims and financial applications along with understanding of various third party integrations like LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE etc. is a must.
Senior Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Performing workflow analysis, creating workflow diagrams and making recommendations for procedural improvements – understanding and articulating “current state” and “future state” of various systems
· Performing and preparing Impact Analysis documentation with the help of the project teams for new systems or enhancements to existing systems
· Developing and guiding team members in requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional specification activities for complex projects or programs. Developing and maintaining training materials for business analysts and programmers for various system and functionalities.
· The Senior Business Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closing, to ensure that the technical solution meets business needs. Advancing and broadening the business analysis competency, standards and processes to support the strategic and long term objectives for the organization acting as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for various eCommerce applications.
· Working with various groups like Development, QA, UAT, Infrastructure support. etc., for a resource allocation plan for the IT Projects working with manager.
· Ensuring compliance with standards and practices to establish higher quality deliverables
· 10 years of software development including Business Analysis experience on projects where Information Technology was a primary component
· 5 years of Business Analysis Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.
· Detailed understanding of Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, Claims and financial applications along with understanding of various third party integrations like LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE etc. is a must.
· Experience with Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc. is a must.
· Excellent understanding of Web Service and APIs and familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, JSON etc. along with tools like Postman, REST API and SOAP UI etc. is highly desirable.
· Data Management experience, database knowledge preferred, and experience with MS SQL
· Project Management or related certifications preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project) strong emphasis on MS Visio (wireframes and workflows)
· INS and CPCU certifications are highly desirable.
· IIBA - CBAP and AAC Certification a plus.
