We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Senior Level) If you have strong experience working in Agile environments, user story development, and business process analysis, 
🔹 Primary Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user requirements, and system issues to support automation and system improvements.
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Perform manual testing and mobile application testing.
• Develop wireframes to support user-centered design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather solution feedback.
• Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Provide guidance to development teams and act as the bridge between developers and business stakeholders.
• Conduct QA reviews of user stories to ensure acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements are met.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions and recommendations.
🔹Required Skills & Experience
✔8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile environments
✔Strong experience with Agile methodologies and user story creation
✔Experience leading Agile ceremonies (Refinement, Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives)
✔Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
✔Experience with UAT coordination and QA reviews of user stories
✔Strong ability to analyze applications, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions
✔Experience identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
