Requirements gathering – Confer with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points and objectives for applications in contention -PaymodeX
System Analysis and Design – Analyze current IT infrastructure, processes and workflows to design, test and implement enhanced solutions for PaymodeX
Documentation – Create detailed documentation including user requirements, functional specifications and workflow charts for PaymodeX
Testing & Support – Conduct testing and ensure system reliability for end-users usage
Vendor Hosted Applications – Prior experience in liaisioning with internal stakeholders and vendors to gather layer by layer information for the application within the constraints of SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, etc. Along with excellent communication skills.
Domain knowledge – Prior experience of working in BFSI domain, specifically in payments, treasury management and commercial banking.
