Execution-focused BPO Analyst to manage and triage incoming requests, partner with stakeholders to gather and document clear business requirements, and convert them into structured, high-quality inputs for prioritization and delivery across Tax and Global Accounting teams.
Must have strong experience with intake/ticketing tools (Workfront/Jira/ServiceNow), backlog management, and stakeholder coordination, along with the ability to translate ambiguous requests into actionable work items while ensuring data accuracy, process consistency, and smooth execution in a fast-paced environment.
