BPM Developer

• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams
• Maintain documentation of process flows, technical specifications, and configurations
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing BPM applications
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in BPM development
• Hands-on experience with BPM platforms such as IBM BPM, Appian, Pega, or Camunda
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and process modeling (BPMN)
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based BPM solutions
• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Understanding of database management and SQL
• BPM platform certifications (Appian, Pega, IBM BPM)
