We are looking for a highly experienced BPM Camunda Subject Matter Expert to lead the design and implementation of business process automation solutions. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in Camunda, BPMN 2.0, and workflow orchestration, along with strong leadership and client-facing skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of Camunda-based BPM solutions
• Build and optimize workflow orchestration using BPMN 2.0 & DMN
• Architect and implement end-to-end process automation solutions
• Integrate Camunda with Java-based microservices, REST APIs, and messaging systems
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in BPM implementation
• Handle complex business process modeling and decision frameworks


🧠 Mandatory Skills
✔ 12–14 years of experience in enterprise application development
✔ 7+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM
✔ Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow orchestration
✔ Deep understanding of Camunda architecture (external task pattern, job executor, process engine)
✔ Experience with Java, microservices, REST APIs, and messaging systems
✔ Strong skills in process modeling and business rule implementation
✔ Proven experience in client engagement and solution design
