Job Description:
Seeking a bilingual (Portuguese/English) Monitoring Agent to support operations by monitoring systems and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor systems and alerts in real-time
• Communicate issues clearly in Portuguese and English
• Escalate incidents as needed
• Maintain logs and reports

Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Strong communication skills
• Basic technical or monitoring experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite and in shifts
