BI Designer / Data Architect

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance optimization
• Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, APIs, etc.)
• Lead data strategy and architecture decisions
• Mentor analysts and engineers on BI and data modeling best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or data architecture
• Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Experience designing data warehouses and dimensional models
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and tools
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery)
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with data pipeline tools (Apache Airflow, dbt)
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Scala)
• Experience with data governance and security frameworks
• Exposure to real-time data streaming (Kafka, Kinesis)
