BI Analyst

Role Overview:
Seeking a technically proficient BI Analyst to transform complex G&A (Finance, HR, Legal) datasets into actionable insights. You’ll design dashboards, perform data analysis, and automate processes to drive efficiency and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
Dashboards & Reporting: Build advanced dashboards and visualizations using Looker & Plx for executive stakeholders.
Data Engineering: ETL, data modeling, schema optimization, and trend analysis to maintain a single source of truth.
Process Automation & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities to automate reporting.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, CS, or related field; advanced SQL; BI reporting experience (Looker); strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred: Master’s degree; experience with Plx or similar internal tools; knowledge of modern data warehousing; ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
