BI Administrator

Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain BI tools.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Job Failures related to the platform.
• Troubleshoot priority incidents and root cause analysis. 
• Standardize and automate reporting processes and mechanisms using scripts, command-line utilities, or maps.
• Coordinate with Vendor support for issue resolution, patches, and bug fixes.
• Work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment. This includes throughput analysis, capacity planning, ongoing optimization, and tuning of BI tools and environment.
• Setting up LDAP and Users/ Groups Creation, Access Management (Privileges and Permissions)
• Support disaster recovery testing and implement disaster recovery functions.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure groups to prepare and implement planned maintenance outages.
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting strategies to enforce application SLAs.
• Work with development teams throughout the software life cycle ensuring sustainable software releases.
• Experience in the following BI Tools: Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, Reinsurance Master, Altreyx, Informatica Intelligence Cloud Service, Oracle Business Intelligence
The BI Administrator is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and administration of the Business Intelligence reporting tools used to query and analyze data systems.

Skills Required:Cognos; Informatica; Sapiens Reinsurance Master; Alteryx ;Informatica Intelligence Cloud Service ; SAS , PowerBI.
