Backend Engineer

🔧 You'll thrive here if you have:
✅ Strong Python backend development chops
✅ Experience with workflow orchestration – Temporal is a big plus
✅ Built & operated scalable microservices in production
✅ Deep understanding of retries, idempotency, fault tolerance
✅ Comfortable with Docker + Kubernetes in real-world environments
✅ Designed or debugged long-running, workflow-driven processes
✅ Familiar with K8s deployments, observability, async processing
