• 10–20 years experience (6–10 yrs in Airline Operations)
• Strong knowledge of Fleet Management, Flight Ops, Slot Management
• Experience with airline messaging (SSIM, SSM, MVT, NOTAM, METAR, etc.)
• Expertise in BA deliverables (BRD, FSD, User Stories)
• Hands-on with integrations (APIs, ACARS, AODB, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder & leadership skills
