Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Security Senior Lead to drive cloud security strategy, governance, and implementation across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Azure security services, risk management, and compliance frameworks, with the ability to lead teams and secure complex cloud infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud security architecture
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
• Manage identity and access management using Azure AD / Entra ID
• Implement and monitor security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and Key Vault
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, etc.)
• Lead incident response and security investigations
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams
• Mentor and guide junior security engineers and analysts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong focus on Azure security
• Hands-on experience with Azure Security Center / Microsoft Defender for Cloud
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and RBAC
• Experience with SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel preferred)
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and zero trust architecture
• Experience with cloud governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python preferred)
