Title: Azure DevOps CI/CD
Location: USA remote
Job Description:
•    Design, build, and maintain YAML-based ADO pipelines (build, release, multi-stage, templates, variable groups).
•    Lead the migration of projects from Classic pipelines to YAML, aligning with best practices, governance, and reusability.
•    Implement pipeline-as-code standards, secrets management, approvals, and environment strategies.
•    Scripting & Automation
•    Develop robust Bash shell scripts for pipeline tasks, environment provisioning, and operational automation.
•    Use CLI commands (Azure CLI/Unix CLI) and cURL to interact with REST APIs for integration and orchestration.
•    Build reusable scripts/templates and internal tooling with clear documentation.
•    Release & Environment Management
•    Own release management workflows: versioning, tagging, artifact management, deployment gates, and rollback strategies.
•    Collaborate with dev/test/infra teams to define promotion paths (Dev → QA → UAT → Prod) and change controls.
•    Monitor deployments, troubleshoot failures, and improve deployment reliability (quality checks, retries, idempotency)
