🚀 We’re Hiring: Azure Data Stage Lead / Architect
📍 Location: New Town, PA (Hybrid – 3 days/week)
Are you a seasoned data professional ready to lead cutting-edge cloud and analytics initiatives? We’re looking for an experienced Azure Data Architect / Lead to drive enterprise-scale data transformation and innovation.
🔹 Role Overview
As a Solution Architect, you’ll lead the design and implementation of Big Data and cloud environments, enabling advanced analytics and data science capabilities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔️ 10+ years in Data Management, Big Data, Data Warehousing & Analytics
✔️ 3–4 years of experience migrating Oracle & DataStage warehouses to Azure (Databricks)
✔️ 2–3 years hands-on ETL development using DataStage
✔️ Strong expertise in Databricks, SparkSQL, PySpark
✔️ Experience with ADF, Tidal, Collibra (DQ/DG is a plus)
✔️ Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and Spark SQL
✔️ Strong understanding of data security & compliance
✔️ Healthcare payer domain experience is a plus
✔️ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
