Lead design and implementation of data pipelines, integration services, and data models across cloud and on-prem ecosystems. Oversee development using modern data stacks (ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming, metadata management). Partner with architecture, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable and secure data solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization. Guide and mentor technical teams and enforce engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years in data engineering or data platform development, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks and Synapse.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT tools, data modeling and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of data governance, security and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
