Azure Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud architectures on Azure
• Lead cloud migration and modernization projects (lift & shift, re-architecture)
• Define cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Architect solutions using:
  • Compute (VMs, App Services, AKS)
  • Storage (Blob, Data Lake)
  • Networking (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute)
• Design high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams
• Optimize cloud costs and performance
• Ensure security best practices (IAM, RBAC, Zero Trust)
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring
