Role: AWS Quicksight Developer (Senior)

Description:

MUST HAVE: Healthcare experience (insurance, hospital, any kind is fine (not just Medicaid or medicare))

Strong AWS QuickSight experience — hands-on building dashboards, standardizing metrics, and replacing legacy/custom reporting
Advanced SQL skills — ability to pull, shape, validate, and troubleshoot data across MS SQL, Postgres, Aurora
Self-sufficient, senior individual contributor — comfortable working without structure, scrappy with data, and delivering value quickly
Ability to standardize reporting and metrics across fragmented data sources (focus is consistency and trust, not data modeling)
Strong communication skills — able to explain fundamentals clearly and work closely with business and technical teams
