AWS Native Serverless Backend Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite Preferred / Remote OK)
Client: Accenture – Best Buy

Role Summary : Looking for a true serverless backend developer with strong hands-on experience in AWS Lambda + API Gateway. This role is heavily coding-focused and not infrastructure/DevOps-oriented.

Must Have

• 8+ years backend development experience
• Strong hands-on coding in AWS Lambda (production-level)
• Experience building REST APIs using API Gateway
• Proficiency in Python / Node.js / TypeScript / Java
• Experience with DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge/SQS/SNS
• Strong understanding of serverless and event-driven architecture
• 75–90% hands-on coding experience

Good to Have

• AWS Certification
• Retail domain experience
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
