AWS DevOps Engineer

• Implement security best practices including IAM roles, policies, and encryption
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across environments
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM)
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS)
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks
