Automation Quality Manager responsible for leading QA automation strategy, quality engineering initiatives, compliance-driven quality processes, and high-performing teams to ensure product quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: -
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Quality and Automation professionals to achieve organizational and individual performance objectives.
Establish clear priorities, assign responsibilities, and ensure effective resource allocation to meet business and quality objectives.
Coach and mentor Automation Leads, QA Engineers, and technical experts to build organizational capability and ensure robust succession planning.
Provide technical, quality, and operational leadership to strengthen automation practices, quality standards, and testing processes.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to embed quality and automation principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure teams maintain release readiness through effective test planning, automation coverage, regression execution, and quality validation activities.
Serve as the primary quality escalation point for critical quality concerns, ensuring rapid assessment, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Provide real-time quality support to product and engineering teams to maintain delivery timelines while ensuring quality standards.
Review and approve quality-impacting activities, testing strategies, risk assessments, and release readiness decisions.
Ensure all quality decisions are risk-based, well-documented, and aligned with applicable quality standards and business requirements.
Support harmonization and standardization of automation frameworks, testing processes, procedures, and tools across teams and functions.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for test automation, process excellence, quality engineering maturity, and digital enablement.
Monitor quality performance using metrics and analytics to identify risks, drive root cause analysis, and implement sustainable improvements.
Drive automation strategy, framework adoption, test coverage optimization, and quality engineering best practices.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
