🔧 What You’ll Do
🔹 Automation Framework Engineering
Design and enhance end-to-end automation frameworks (API, integration, data validation).
Build regression, functional, and event-driven test suites using Playwright, PyTest, TestNG.
Partner closely with developers to ensure resilient automation in modern distributed systems.
Lead modernization efforts from legacy platforms to microservices architecture.
🔹 AI & Intelligent Test Enablement
Leverage GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and LLM-based agents for automation scripting and test generation.
Integrate GenAI for documentation, failure triage, and predictive quality insights.
Experiment with autonomous test agents and AI-driven pipeline triggers.
Champion AI-enhanced QA strategies to increase efficiency and coverage.
🔹 Cloud & DevOps Integration
Embed automation in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity).
Deploy test environments in AWS (EKS, Lambda, SQS, Glue, DynamoDB).
Implement observability and test telemetry for pipeline health and quality trends.
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalability and release readiness.
🔹 Agile Leadership
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Mentor engineers in modern automation best practices.
Drive a quality-first culture across cross-functional teams.
