Associate Technical Lead

• Lead small modules or components within larger projects
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders
• Assist in effort estimation, sprint planning, and task allocation
• Identify technical risks and propose solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and leadership potential

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Prior experience in a mentoring or team lead capacity
