Job Description
Position - Associate Software Engineer (node + React)
Location: Plano, TX (On-site all 5 days’ work from office)
Duration - 6 to 12 months
Interview - 2 Round virtual and Final interview, In person in Plano, TX
Rate - $45/hr C2C
Any visa fine
The primary responsibility of the Associate Software Engineer is to assist in developing and enhancing core business applications, ensuring high-quality software that meets user and market demands.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. Team members are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times and comply with company standards, work requirements, and rules of conduct.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing scalable features using Node.js, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA) and Lead Software Engineers to understand requirements and contribute to effective solutions.
- Contribute to timely software delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain high coding standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- 1+ years of experience in software development, particularly with web technologies.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Node.js, React, HTML/CSS.
- Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and SQL database technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
