Assistant Manager

• Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Review technical designs, drawings, and project specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and testing (if applicable)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 2–5 years of project engineering or related experience
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management concepts
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or working toward certification
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations
