Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
•         Lead UAT strategy and planning
•         Define and document UAT test scenarios and test cases
•         Translate Abbott defined Ariba processes into business friendly UAT scripts
•         Partner closely with:
o    Finance
o    Procurement
o    Facilities
o    Other key business teams
•         Support business users during:
o    UAT preparation
o    Test execution
o    Defect triage and retesting
•         Help ensure validation of:
o    Approval workflows
o    Financial controls
o    Operational and compliance requirements
•         Continue supporting the program beyond UAT as needed (hypercare, process clarifications, enhancements)

Required Experience
•         Strong hands on experience with Ariba
•         Proven experience leading UAT for enterprise applications
•         Ability to work with business users new to a platform
•         Experience documenting test cases for:
o    Complex scenarios
o    Controls heavy processes
•         Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
•         Prior experience with Abbott or similar regulated environments is a plus
•         Maximo exposure helpful but not required
