We are looking for an Application Consultant to support critical applications and strategic services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
🔹 Required Skills:
• Support key critical applications and strategic services
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Development teams
• Support ongoing Order Management and Orchestration workflows
• Ability to lead technical projects and support client delivery
🔹 Nice to Have Skills:
• Telecommunication domain experience (preferred)
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Flow Designer)
• Azure Fundamentals
• MongoDB
• Temporal Workflow basics
• SQL / SQL Developer
• JSON, SOAP, Unix basics
• Expertise in Ordering / Service Delivery workflows
• Excellent client communication skills
