Appian Lead

Job Details:        

• Define, create, and document high level Appian architectural solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Provide development leadership and guide developers on Appian best practices including SAIL, data modeling, process modeling, and integrations
• Design and implement integrations with external systems including REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to Appian development standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform performance tuning using Appian Health Check, logs, and monitoring tools
• Approximately 10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years dedicated to Appian
• Appian Certified Lead Developer or Senior Developer certification highly preferred
• Expert level proficiency with Appian SAIL, process models, records, reports, and smart services
• Strong integration skills with RESTful APIs, web services, and databases
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Appian
• Background working in Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
