Job Title: Analyst – Technical Writer (Security Projects)

Job Type: W2

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Visa: Open (Except CPT & OPT)

Experience: 4-6 years

Work Schedule: 35 Hours/Week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Support and coordinate security projects across MTA agencies

✔ Track timelines, milestones, and performance metrics

✔ Monitor budgets and prepare financial reports

✔ Develop executive-level presentations

✔ Assist in security program evaluation and improvements

✔ Research emerging security technologies (AI surveillance, video analytics, drones, deployable cameras)

✔ Coordinate with IT, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors

✔ Support stakeholder engagement and policy review

✔ Maintain project documentation and reporting

🛠 Required Qualifications

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management

✔ Experience supporting physical security or technical deployments

✔ bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

✔ Basic understanding of:

Video Management Systems (VMS)

Security cameras & low-voltage systems

Networking (VPN, encryption, protocols)

SDLC & engineering lifecycle

✔ Strong communication & presentation skills

✔ Valid US Driver’s License

✔ Lean Six Sigma Certification

✔ Experience with large enterprise or government security programs
