Required Skills & Qualifications
 
Core AI/ML
Strong experience in MachineLearning, NLP, and DocumentAI.
Hands-on expertise with:
Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow
Classical ML and deep learning models
Feature engineering for structured + unstructured data
Experience with open source and AWS OCR(Textract), document classification, entity extraction, and text summarization.
Proven experience deploying ML solutions on AWS.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Claims, Healthcare, Insurance, or Revenue Cycle domains.
Experience building TAT prediction, workflow optimization, or risk scoring models.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and SOP-driven AI solutions.
Exposure to Responsible AI, model explainability, and regulatory compliance.
