Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) projects. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy scalable NLP/LLM solutions including classification, summarization, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Required Qualifications6+ years of experience in software development, data science, or ML engineering
2+ years of hands-on experience in NLP/GenAI and deep learning
Strong Python programming skills (production-quality code)
Experience with:
PyTorch or TensorFlow
Hugging Face Transformers
Solid understanding of:
Tokenization, Transformers, Attention mechanisms
Fine-tuning LLMs
Experience building APIs using FastAPI / Flask / Streamlit
Preferred QualificationsExperience with LLM frameworks:
LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel
Experience with vector databases:
FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Azure AI Search
Cloud experience:
Azure (Preferred), AWS, or GCP
Knowledge of agent-based/multi-agent architectures (e.g., AutoGen)
Healthcare domain experience (nice to have)
