AI/ML Engineer

🚀 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI solutions
Build and maintain ETL pipelines for data processing
Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code
Monitor and improve model performance and accuracy
Communicate technical concepts to both technical & non-technical stakeholders
Document processes, models, and decisions

✅ Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques
Advanced Python skills (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
Hands-on experience with ETL workflows in production
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in remote/distributed teams
