Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions in production environments & Google Cloud Platform. This role requires close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI use cases
Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, and inference
Integrate ML models into production systems, APIs, and applications
Monitor model performance, accuracy, drift, and scalability in production
Collaborate with data engineers and cloud teams to ensure reliable and efficient data pipelines
Document model design, assumptions, and best practices
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI/LLMs
Solid understanding of model deployment, inference optimization, and MLOps practices
Experience working with large datasets and distributed processing
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms GCP
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with real-time or large-scale AI systems
