AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and training of ML models
Optimize AI algorithms for scalability and performance
Build and maintain robust data pipelines
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise and cloud systems
Drive data-informed decisions across teams
Lead analytics initiatives aligned with business goals
Present insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way
Ensure compliance and quality of models and data
 
Required Skills:
6+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience
Strong background in Python & SQL
Experience with RAG, LangChain, and AI-driven chatbots
Deep understanding of ML, NLP, and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
Experience building scalable systems (APIs, microservices)
Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP / Databricks)
MLOps knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
 
Preferred:
Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and linear algebra
Experience with Apache Spark, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Kafka
Proven leadership in AI/ML project delivery
System design expertise for scalable AI solutions
