AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities
·        Develop and implement AI/ML-powered software solutions to automate narrowly defined business tasks with high accuracy. 
·        Design and build intelligent tools to support internal users in improving productivity and decision-making. 
·        Enhance user experience by integrating AI-driven features into customer-facing applications. 
·        Develop and optimize RPA (Robotic Process Automation) workflows for process automation and efficiency. 
·        Build, refine, and maintain chatbots using NLP and LLM technologies for conversational interfaces. 
·        Integrate AI/ML models into reporting and analytics tools for data-driven insights. 
·        Design and develop LLM-based agents for knowledge retrieval, deep research, and task automation. 
·        Implement AI solutions for language translation, speech-to-text transcription, and text-to-speech systems. 
·        Develop automated document processing systems including redaction, analysis, and generation. 
·        Build agentic AI systems for coding assistance and intelligent automation workflows. 
·        Perform large-scale data processing, transformation, and pipeline development for AI applications. 
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
