Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI/ML Analytics Engineer with a strong foundation in data engineering and analytics, along with basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts. This role is ideal for candidates with a few years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights.
• Collaborate directly with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support the development and deployment of AI/ML models (training, testing, and monitoring).
• Perform data analysis, validation, and visualization to support decision-making. 

• Continuously improve data processes and contribute to best practices in data engineering and analytics. 

   

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.  
• 5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or related roles.  
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
