AI Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:-
Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight across AI-driven SDLC/HDLC initiatives
Lead design and development of Python-based enterprise applications
Integrate applications with SDLC tools such as Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and code repositories
Own solution architecture for brownfield and selective greenfield projects
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards
Guide AI and GenAI integrations using approved AI gateways, OpenAI APIs, and real-time APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-assisted developer productivity

Required Skills & Experience:-
10+ years of overall software engineering experience
3–5+ years in a Technical Lead role
Strong expertise in Python for enterprise application development
Experience building RESTful and real-time APIs
Hands-on experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures
Working knowledge of Angular or similar modern UI frameworks
Experience integrating AI platforms and APIs (OpenAI, internal AI gateways)
Understanding of RAG concepts, embeddings, and AI-assisted development tools
Experience with developer productivity tools (code generation, test generation)
Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures
