Key focus areas:
• Lead AI engineering pilot execution in real development workflows
• Build AI coding guardrails, prompting standards, and validation patterns
• Configure MCP servers for secure context-aware development
• Create practical playbooks and enable engineering enablement sessions
• Drive measurable productivity and code quality improvements
Required:

✔ Hands-on coding + AI tooling experience
✔ Experience in fast-paced enterprise environments
