🚀 Hiring: AI Lead – Telecom Domain

📍 Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite from Day 1 – 5 Days/Week)

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead with strong Telecom domain expertise and hands-on experience in building next-generation AI solutions.

🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel and Microsoft Agent Framework
✅ Strong Python development skills with ML Ops, data processing tools, and pipeline development
✅ Experience building Multi-Agent Systems using LangGraph or Azure AI Factory
✅ Expertise with OpenAI and Azure AI services, including Azure AI Search
✅ Experience developing MCP Servers and AI tools
✅ Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, and Spark ML
✅ Experience evaluating AI/ML models for Telecom Operations use cases
✅ Good understanding of Telecom Mobile Networks and IMS Systems

📌 Additional Requirements:
• Telecom industry experience is mandatory
• Candidates must be open to onsite work in Seattle
