AI Governance Analyst

We are seeking an AI Governance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in governance, risk, and controls for AI and technology initiatives and a proven ability to design and operationalize governance frameworks, controls, and processes across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of AI governance frameworks across the organization
• Identify and assess AI-related risks, including model risk, data risk, and ethical considerations
• Define and document governance controls, standards, and procedures for AI systems
• Partner with audit, risk, compliance, and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Translate governance requirements into practical, executable processes
• Help operationalize AI governance across use cases and platforms
• Contribute to documentation for internal review, audit readiness, and regulatory needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as an AI Governance Analyst, Risk Analyst, Controls Analyst, or similar role
• Strong background in governance, risk, and controls for technology initiatives
• Experience supporting audit and compliance efforts
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with the NIST Risk Management Framework
• Exposure to AI, ML, or advanced analytics governance
• Experience establishing standards and procedures from the ground up
• Prior work in regulated or large enterprise environments
