AI Engineer

• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams
• Fine-tune and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring
• Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques (NLP, CV, generative AI)
• Ensure model reliability, explainability, and ethical AI usage
• Integrate AI solutions into existing applications and platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
• Strong programming skills in Python (or Java/Scala where applicable)
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
• Experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services)
• Experience deploying models in production environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
