Project Details:-

Job Title:- AI Engineer

Duration:- 6+ months contract

Location:-Remote 

Role Description: Design, build, and iterate the agentic AI and RAG capabilities for the nurse leader ckpit. Implement data-grounded prompt patterns, retrieval pipelines, tool calling, and conversation flows that answer questions about exceptions and recommend interventions. Partner with data engineering and BI to align on overned metrics, implement evaluation harnesses (accuracy, grounding, safety), and optimize latency and cost.

Contribute production code, tests, and documentation across the AI service, APIs, and user experience integration.

Skills Required:

• Strong Python (preferred) or TypeScript, plus API development (EastAPI, Flask, Node).
• RAG fundamentals: embeddings, chunking, retrieval, reranking, prompt patterns, grounding.
• Agent workflows: tool calling, orchestration, state management, evaluation and testing.
• Familiarity with vector databases or search (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector).
• Basic MLOps and security hygiene (secrets, logging, access control, PHI awareness).
