AI Engineer & AI Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for production systems
• Develop LLM-based applications such as chatbots, RAG systems, copilots, and AI agents
• Fine-tune and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
• Build APIs and microservices for AI-powered applications
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and evaluation
• Implement prompt engineering strategies for reliable LLM outputs
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or other foundation models into business workflows
• Monitor model performance, retrain models, and improve accuracy over time
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization of AI systems
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and LLM ecosystems

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or C++
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases
• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / AI orchestration tools
• Knowledge of APIs, FastAPI, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• SQL, NoSQL, and data engineering fundamentals

Qualifications
